St. Vincent de Paul
Our Lady of Grace is part of the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Alameda County. In 2006, we were able to serve roughly 800 people in this parish. This year, in 2007, we anticipate we will serve 900 - 950 individuals. Of those, 70% are from our local community - homeless, mothers with children, and unemployed families. We also contribute to the Free Dining Room at the SVDP Center in Oakland as well as assisting on occasion other parishes in need which accounts for the remaining 30%.We gratefully acknowledge those who so generously contribute at Thanksgiving as well as food donations to our pantry year round. It is our privilege to serve those in need on your behalf and without your continued support, we could not provide this assistance.
