Our Lady of Grace Parish will celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 25th at 9:00am in the Church. There is much to be thankful for in our lives and this is a good time to consider ways of helping those around us who are in need.
The monetary collection from this Mass will benefit the work of our St. Vincent de Paul Society. As in years past, the St. Vincent de Paul Society will be taking donations of food, cash and gift cards at the Mass. Many of our clients are single and have very minimal access to cooking facilities. St. Vincent de Paul will once again be accepting donations of food, gift cards and. Due to some pantry issues we can only accept food in cans and jars (no cereal, pasta, rice or dry beans). We are in need of: peanut butter, jam, shelf stable milk, canned tuna and chicken, fruit, chili and soup. Please no canned beans – we have plenty.
We thank you for your ongoing support. As you give your donations, please pray for those families who will be helped and for those of us in this ministry.
Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!
