 Faith Formation Program!


 Our family centered programs involve both the student and at least one parent
 attending each session

 All information is kept confidential

 When you complete this online registration you will be forwarded to Our Sunday
 Visitor to make your registration payment. Registration payment can be made
 through Our Sunday Visitor or in person at the Parish Office.

Class Registration Classes Offered for 2025-2026:
Whole Family Year 1:
For students in grades 1st-5th who have not received First Communion
First Communion:
For students who have completed Whole Family Year 1 at OLG or at
another parish and are entering 2nd-5th grade
Whole Family Program:
For students who have received First Communion
You will be required to submit a copy of your child's Baptism Certificate
not later than 10/01/2025.
All students must submit a copy of the Baptism Certificate prior to
receiving the Sacraments.
Certificates may be obtained by contacting the parish where the Baptism
took place.
A copy of the baptism certificate can be emailed to FFCRegistration@olgcv.org
or mailed to OLG Parish Office, 3433 Somerset Avenue, Castro Valley, CA 94546
