Consider being a Festival Sponsor–many generous individuals and businesses have sponsored the Festival in the past. Your Sponsorship will be acknowledged with a sign at the Festival as well as in our social media.
Raffle Tickets: Tickets have been mailed! You could be the lucky winner but you have to return your tickets to the Parish Office in order to be in the running for the Grand Raffle drawing at the Festival.
Hollywood Bazaar (Flea Market): It’s that time again to clean out your closets! We will be holding a Hollywood Bazaar this year–we are looking for gently used glassware, picture frames, kitchenware, household gadgets, books, CD’s, uniforms, gently used children’s clothing. Please NO furniture, electronics & household appliances (toasters, blenders, etc.)
Kid Zone: Gently used stuffed animals, Happy Meal toys, small puzzles, small Lego sets & other little items that your child no longer plays with.
Jewelry Booth: Once again we will have our very popular Jewelry Booth–your donations of jewelry and purses will help us get started.
Festival T-shirts: We have the annual Festival T-shirt with this years theme available for sale in the Parish Office and after Masses for $12 each or 2 for $20 –get yours now to add to your collection of OLG Festival T’s!
Your time is also needed to donate! We have sign up sheets in the Parish office and will soon be available after Masses as well–consider giving a couple hours volunteering in your favorite booth.
Donations may be brought to the Parish Office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Thank you!
The Corleone Pasta Dinner – September 28th
Join us for a delicious Pasta Dinner beginning at 5:00pm. in Stack Center, lovingly produced by the Italian Catholic Federation. The menu includes Connie’s Caesar Salad, Mama’s Pasta Bolognese, Fredo’s Foccacia, and Sonny’s Spumoni & Biscotti. Tickets are $9 per person & $16 for 2 people and kids ages 10 & under are $6 if you buy ahead of time. At the door, tickets are $10 each for adults & $8 each for kids 10 & under. Tickets are available in the Parish Office.
Pancake Breakfast – September 29th
Join us Sunday morning for a delicious Pancake Breakfast, organized by OLG’s chapter of the Knights of Columbus. Breakfast will be served in Stack Center. Tickets are $8 for ages 11 & up, $6 for ages 10 & under. Tickets may be purchased ahead of time in the Parish Office.
Chili Cook-Off – September 29th
Time to cook up your best batch of Chili and enter the Annual Chili Cook-Off ! Top voted chili gets a prize and bragging rights! To enter, please email your contact info to olgchilicookoff@olgcv.org by September 24th. Please bring your chili in a one-gallon crock pot and an extension cord by 11:00am.
Judging will be from 11:00am to 4:00pm and winner to be announced at 6:45pm on Sunday, September 29th.
